Very central location, within walking distance of Alexandrovska street. Well-equipped and reasonably large room and very big bed, comfy sleep. Beautiful street views, very amiable staff at the reception desk.

The staff probably need a few more English but are friendly and helpful.The Restaurant food is very good and well priced . Location is close to the airport and Bourgas City by taxi is ten minutes . Close to beach and other amenities in the Village . Would certainly come back again ....

The bathroom cleanliness fell short, with discolored silicone and a neglected toothbrush holder dampening an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Close to city centre, but still in a quiet location. Nice and modern, everything worked as we would expect it to.

It was just a good match for a weekend trip in Burgas with fantastic value. The view from the restaurant during breakfast was super relaxing. Make sure to explore nearby walking areas after eating.

Nice and not a problem apart of a couple of electricity power cuts, not long power cuts. Friendly stuff and good services.
I did not like that the on-line reservation system did not worked, and the hotel did not expected us, when they should. They sorted it out quicky and nicely on the other hand.

Appearance of the hotel is modern and the room is very confortable with LCD TV and bath tub etc. Location is also very good (very near to the station and town centre)

Parking places were available, no charge. Nice idea for the restaurant on the top floor. Quite place.
Looks more like 3* hotel. Door locking system a bit complicated and easily you can leave your room unlocked. The view from the restaurant is bad - train station and metal scrap processing area. No choice for breakfast. Casino in the same building.
